1. Are there refunds?

All purchase are final. There are no refunds available, make sure you want to purchase and that you will wait as these are pre-order items.

In case of any emergecy please contact me with your case so I can give you a refund. 

2. Do you allow Group Orders?

I do! please contact me through DMs about the quantity of each you want to order so I can invoice you the price including the shipping.

3. How long do I have to wait for my order to be shipped? 

There will be a period while Pre-orders will be opened, after Pre-orders close allow  2-3 months for production, after that the shipping will start.

Baby Destiny plush doll will also require some time for production. Allow 2-3 months for production until shipping.

4. My country isn't in the shipping country list, what can I do?

In case you don't see your country please DM on twitter @satowte/instagram @satow_tewu so I can add it. Or send a message through Contact on this website.

5. Do packages come with tracking number?

All packages come with tracking number, allow some days for you see your package data be updated on your postal office website. 

6. How long will it take for my package to arrive after being shipped?

Package can take from 2 weeks to 2 months to arrive depending of the country. 

I am not resposible of any lost or unclaimed package.

7. What happens if the item I ordered is out of stock?

Sometimes accidents happen and an item is sold eventhougn there isn't stock. In this case I'll contact you to your email to notify you, offer you a full refund, a refund of that item only or offer other items for the same value. 

In case of delay due to custom process I'll make sure to update on here and social network accounts.
